About 500 grand buying armor for my heros and destroyer weapons, but sold a couple celestial compasses which more than paid for it. Not that it really matters, I can't bring my stacks of ecto to GW2 anyway.

As soon as my 45/50 is done, I will contribute to other people's HoMs. I've already helped my husband get 30/50.

None yet... obsidian armor will take most, if not all of my savings. It was a good thing I got a lucky Mini Evennia from a Royal Gift. 18e should get me most of a torm weapon.

I pretty much fell even since i was able to farm 200k worth of ancient armors before I got bored and that's about how much I spent on stuff that I didn't get myself. I'm currently stalled at 45/50 right now since I'm too lazy to get r4 luxon and don't feel like watching the market up and down for minis.

Zero also, when calc came out I had 46/50, just needed torm wep (already had one just needed to add to hom), few op weps and imperial phoenix all which I farmed myself in a few days doing WiK.

I already had GWAMM, and I have always been a hoarder of materials. I could dive into storage and go make vabbi armor and 10 destroyer weps (yes I had long been planning on making destroyer weps, so I had 11 granite stacks). Went on some DOA trips to earn an armbrace, and took 1 char through WIK to get some more medals. Then spent ¨300k on minipet buying frenzy and then I had the 50/50.

Don't know the exact numbers but I bought around 8 new elite armors, 30 minipets (uncommon and rares), armored all my heroes and 9 destroyer weapons for 30k/ea.

And I'm glad I did it before the calculator came out. I had 36/50 when it did.

I had already 10 undedicated minis, including a Gold and Green one.
Spent like 100k on 10 more 1e and 2e year mini's to get 20 dedicated ones.
Result: +5 points

I spent 80k on an Asuran and Monument armor to get to 5 armors
Result: +2 points

Spent 50k on 4 hero armours to get to 20 Companion Statues.
Result: +1 point

And i am still spending gold on getting to 30 mini's

I actually made more than 1mill gold post HoM calculator. After prices go back down Ill spend maybe 200k to finish up my HoM.

500k mainly on zkeys. But almost have replaced all the gold selling all the freaking minis and other assorted crap. 30+/50 on two accts.

I bought about 6 rubies/sapphires to finish Vabbian armor, bought and farmed my way to having all hero armor, bought a couple other armor sets, bought a Tormented sword, a Destroyer weapon.

However, I've also sold a bunch of crap too, so I was actually up about 75K until last night, when I bought my brother some Kurzick elite armor. Now I'm down about 20K overall, and my material storage is getting pretty bare...

I dunno the exact figure tbh. When it's all said and done I'll probably be 10 mill or so deep but meh. Maybe 100k in hero armors tops. 3 destroyer weaps which I only needed a few hundred granite, 11 diamonds and 1 onyx... Getting vabbian from 0 saphire/ruby to full so w/e that costs.

All in the name of progress so who really cares

I've still gotta reach a set goal. I'm currently at 9 points. I would like to at least achieve 10 points for the Fiery Dragon Sword and than maybe one more for the Diamond Aegis. Of course, up to 9 points I already have the basic Heritage Armor pieces.

So I need around 2 HoM points. Won't be hard to achieve at all. I'm so glad I don't have to grind to max HoM. I don't want any other rewards past 11 personally. Titles are ok, but I can still indirectly show others that I played GW1 simply by wearing the heritage armor, FDS and shield, Not that I care if they care or not, lol.

Just for HOM stuff...maybe 300k for minis. I dropped a ton of ectos on other minis that I wanted as well, so it's hard to gauge exactly how much for just HOM. I came back after the summer off and just decided that there's no reason for all those ectos to be sitting in my storage...I'm not getting any more chaos gloves or obsidian armor so why not spend it? Sold off all my gemstones too. Now I have a decent amount of plat (nothing by Guru standards though) and just idling with 50/50, pushing characters through campaigns and WiK.

I had the advantage of having a GWAMM character with a full inventory of elite armors and all heroes/all destroyer weapons/lots of torm weapons, plus a mini storage character full of older whites along with a glut of 2nd and 3rd year pressies all showing up at the same time. 46/50 when I logged in after HOM calc FTMFW.
